Manage a team of 2 Change Managers responsible for timely review and authorization of all technology IT change requests. Support challenge and reviews initiated by Internal Audit, IT Risk Management and External governing bodies in support of all Enterprise Change governance requirements.•Deliver strategic and operational leadership in the design, administration and implementation of the Change Management IT Service Management program based on ITIL standards.•Ensure consistent implementation of ITIL Change Management best practices while adhering to Corporate and IT Risk compliance standards, ensuring application of policies are efficient and effective.•Effectively apply Change Management policies, procedures and best practices to improve service availability and minimize the risk and exposure correlated to technology changes. •Coordinate and deliver training in support of advocating adherence and compliance to the Change Management Policy, Standard, Process, and Procedures. •Collaborated with the Compliance Training (Bankers Academy) designers to develop Change Management Computer Based Training (CBT) for annual compliance adherence.•Partner with the ServiceNow Analysts, Architects, and Developers to define enhancements to the ServiceNow Change Management module through design and delivery in efforts of Continual Service Improvement (CSI).•Develop and Publish Monthly KPI/KRI reports, highlighting our key Change metrics, identifying trends and illustrating the process effectiveness for the Leadership Team and Key Business Stakeholders.•Support all audit and regulatory reviews by Internal Audit, Risk Management and External Audit Councils to exhibit regulatory compliance.
