Geoff is a growth-oriented business leader who co-founded vipHomeLink, a leading \"insurTech\" company, in 2018. He prioritizes a win-win mindset to develop and lead this high-performing team, nurturing success through innovation, integrity, operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.With a bias toward action and a passion for growth, Geoff builds businesses through disciplined leadership, reliable execution, transformational M&A and strategic partnerships – having structured and executed well over 100 partnerships in his career.Geoff is fortunate to have extensive international and domestic business experience, having led investment banking groups (as Managing Director at a top European bank) and multinational finance teams (as a CFO of a global transportation company) across the US-Europe-Asia-LatAm. Geoff has also originated and executed a broad range of complex and cross-border corporate transactions (including IPOs, convertible notes, private equity, corporate bonds, securitizations, bank financings, and M&A transactions) ranging in size from early-stage ventures to multi-billion mergers.Having served on multiple boards, Geoff leverages his unique and diverse experience and executive presence to guide organizations toward growth, deliver meaningful value, establish consensus, and lead teams in the pursuit of excellence.Currently serving as Chairman & CEO, Geoff has experience and oversight across all major business units, including Corporate Development, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, Technology, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and HR, Benefits & Operations.To maintain a healthy life balance while scaling an early stage technology company, Geoff enjoys playing competitive tennis.
