ABOUT GEOFF KRAHN
Geoff is an engineer, entrepreneur and business leader who is passionate about creating a simplified and fully integrated tech-driven approach to real estate development. He is enthusiastic about technology and how it can change and help transform the industry in many simple and practical ways.Coming from a family of developers, engineers and contractors, Geoff grew up on working on and building the various real estate development projects his family was involved in. His hands-on experience, combined with his technical knowledge, has been invaluable to his engineering, construction and development career. He has successfully completed millions of square feet (billions of dollars of construction value) of real estate development, in varying capacities including: design, engineering, construction and development.He holds a degree in civil engineering, with distinction, from the University of British Columbia and completed his M.B.A from Simon Fraser University. He is registered as a professional engineer across North America, in both the United States and Canada. In 2021, Geoff was named a Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction. He hopes to continue to innovate and further push the real estate and construction industry forwards.
