Engineering Manager. Product Designer. Team Leader. Project Manager. These are just a few of the titles that I hold. With a 15+-year mechanical engineering career, I have earned respect throughout the industry for planning and leading complex R&D/product development projects. My efforts have transformed a leading wellbore and production solutions company’s success, continuously exceeding company goals and reducing product costs. Whether developing innovative new product technology or facilitating dynamic staff development, I am passionate about driving positive change to help companies and individuals achieve the highest possible success. Throughout my tenure, I have built and guided high-performing global teams of 11 with $1.7M budgets and 20 vendors. Furthermore, my high-level performance has been acknowledged with a “Women in Science” Recognition. I have been recognized for my exceptional tenure resulting in numerous promotions. Additionally, I possess strong academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia. In my free time, I enjoy art, traveling, and exercise. I am an active member of my community, volunteering my time as a Food Bank Drive Volunteer for UNITY. Project Management: Demonstrated track record coordinating and conducting a variety of complex projects to fulfill the wellhead product portfolio, including the first 11” M2M seal, 11” and 13” internal locking mechanism (ILM), 11” rotating hanger and running tool, and double shoulder breech-lock hanger. Cost Savings: Analyzed areas for improvement and reduced product costs 20% while performing thorough engineering design reviews related to product design. Contract Acquisition: Outstanding success developing a bushing with s-seals for installation on storage wells, contributing to the acquisition of a critical $3M contract. Thanks!
