Defining, managing and driving the global performance strategy and related talent management initiatives at NTT GDC aligned with our business strategy and objectives, ensuring employee development, succession planning and retention efforts are in line with business needs and industry trends.Currently focused on:• Driving the design and implementation of future-oriented initiatives that promote talent identification, employee development, engagement, high performance, and long-term retention.• Implementing global performance management strategy, ensuring employee development is in line with business needs and industry trends.• Designing and implementing global Talent Reviews to identify talent and drive development and retention programs.• Setting up a succession planning framework to build a strong talent pipeline ensuring business continuity and leadership readiness.• Collaborating with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to align global performance systems with business objectives to drive high performance. • Ensuring consistency in performance evaluations by using globally standardised tools and criteria.• Building tools, manuals, training and guidelines for employees, managers and HR teams.• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of both talent and performance management strategies to ensure alignment with long-term business needs and workforce requirements.• Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of talent and performance programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge by integrating industry trends and innovations.• Working with HR Digital and Data teams to deploy technology and systems to drive operational excellence.• Driving related Talent Management initiatives.
