With over a decade of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, I am a leader in multi-unit management, sales, business development, and operations. I have a passion for making an impact on people\'s health and wellness, and I use my coaching skills to develop self-sufficient leaders and elevate both business and personal performance. I am currently the Business Development Manager for Roo. Throughout my career, I have achieved remarkable results in launching, growing, and improving nutrition programs and retail stores. Some of my notable achievements include: Establishing a 21-day challenge nutrition coaching program from scratch that generated over $3M in revenue during the first year and helped hundreds of clients lose weight and gain muscle. Leading marketing strategy and initiatives that boosted business by during my tenure at My Fit Foods. Opening three locations from the ground up without any delays and within one week of each other at Ready Fit Go Healthy Foods. Managing P&L worth up to $9.9M per year and driving strategic planning, improvement initiatives, and revenue growth as a Regional Director of Consultants and Nutrition Program Operations at My Fit Foods.
