TCW is an essential asset management tool that simply retrofits into organisations and forensically manages 100% of the data within the compliance documents they receive (LGSRs, EICRs, EICs and MWC). This enables our clients to manage all aspects of performance, competence, and most importantly compliance, quickly and effectively.As the Head of Marketing and Communications for TCW I am responsible for planning, development and implementation of the organisation\'s marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities, both internal and external, to engage and inform anyone interacting with the brand.Principle responsibilities include:Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organisations image and position within the marketplace, and the general public.Responsible for the achievement of marketing goals and financial objectives developing short and long-term plans and budgets, monitoring progress, assuring adherence and evaluating performance.Ensuring consistency of campaigns across media channels, ensuring our reputation is managed across all our channels.Developing marketing strategies tailored to new sectors and industries, enabling the growth of the organisation to meet its business objectives.I work within the senior leadership team to develop and maintain a strategic perspective, helping to ensure our philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practised throughout the organisation.
