Email & Comms Team Manager Creative and data-driven team leader with experience managing email, SMS, and push notification programs, across a range of websites. Designs and split tests bespoke content to optimise key engagement metrics, develop lifecycles and retention strategies. Have also supported on tenancy, coreg & subscription programs. Currently mapping app-user journeys from our cross-channel comms. Have used several ESP\'s and notification service providers. Experienced in using in-house data visualisation and Excel tools for performance analysis and actionable insights, as well as deliverability and authentication tools. Follow a test-analyse-optimise approach, our team looks after auto-responders, transactional emails, newsletters, push notifications, SMS & APP. Currently working on UK sites but experience of US & AU. Key priorities include IP and domain reputation, deliverability, EPM and LTV monitoring, and leveraging behavioural insights to create targeted, dynamic content, while automating cross-sell opportunities. Background: BA (Hons) in Fashion Promotion, fine jewellery PR, social media, web content management, and research. Evolved into 11 years in email marketing for 23 sites, I’ve developed a range of skills and always looking to learn.
