Building and leading the communications and engagement function for a private-equity backed business of 2,500 employees based in more than 100 locations across the UK and Ireland- Through the implementation of robust planning and processes, have created the foundations and structure to enable a proactive approach, able to pivot quickly when reactive action is required- Channel creation, management and evolution: Created a simple, yet effective channel mix taking into account employee preferences and the need to boost a sense of belonging- Promote a unified culture: Aligning all messaging to support and drive the business’s strategic pillars of growth, helping people to work towards shared goals- In close collaboration with the Executive team, manage and deliver a regular rhythm of senior leader communications to increase visibility and a sense of connection- Designed and delivered the business’s first-ever employee engagement survey, driving a significant response rate.
