As Senior Operations Manager at UCC Coffee UK & Ireland, I have functional control of the daily service operation for the leading Total Coffee Solution. My role includes all aspects of service delivery and technical field service management, including management of the call centre, planning team, customer liaisons, phone fix function and field service engineers throughout the UK and Ireland.
