Prior to that, Gemma was a Senior Manager (Assurance) at EY with wide ranging experience working alongside dynamic, tech, software and pre-revenue biotech companies, navigating them through IPO, acquisitions and complex fundraising transactions. Experienced in UK and US public company reporting and capital markets transactions.
