I am an enthusiastic, imaginative and committed individual, always striving to deliver the best service using my excellent organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail. My optimistic approach to everything I strive to achieve enables me to routinely handle critical situations sensitively and confidently, using a high degree of interpersonal skills, which I believe are critical to delivering a successful result.I believe that my most admirable quality is my productive enthusiasm and determination to be the best at whatever I do. I am a self-motivated natural leader and once given a task I can be relied on to work hard and inspire the people around me to achieve it quickly and effectively. My experience in a variety of different roles has developed a flexible approach to my working which allows me to adapt well to different styles and respond to situations quickly when required to do so. Experience of working in a multi-tasking environment has allowed me to develop the ability to context switch at short notice. I have a great desire to learn and improve myself. I like to push myself into areas that offer new challenges and I feel that it is this, along with my other characteristics and achievements, which make me a valuable asset to any team.
