I am a Computer Science graduate student at Drexel University with a strong foundation in Software Design and Development, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. Backed by hands-on experience in these domains, I am dedicated to innovation and driven by a passion for excellence in the field of technology. Currently, I\'m a Research Assistant, and I\'m exploring Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) as a self-driven learner. My journey involves experimenting with cutting-edge technologies, analyzing vast data sets, and developing a deeper understanding of ML and NLP concepts. In one of my past roles,As a Senior Software Engineer at Colgate Global Business Services, I developed applications meeting complex business requirements and revolutionizing the ability to efficiently manage sales and promotions of Colgate products in retail outlets. My contributions were pivotal in reducing costs by 20%, earning recognition from senior leadership. I also automated in-house business processes, resulting in an 80% reduction in manual work. Prior to that, I honed my skills as a software developer intern at several companies, where I designed and deployed innovative and user-friendly applications that solved real-world business problems, delivered exceptional experiences to end-users and increased business revenue by 50%. Through my roles as a Dean\'s Ambassador, course assistant, and mental well-being volunteer, I\'ve cultivated Excellent interpersonal skills. My experiences have allowed me to connect with diverse individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and offering support in both academic and personal aspects of their lives. As a self-motivated individual, I am now seeking new opportunities in the software development domain where I can leverage my extensive skill set and drive to innovate, contribute to the growth of the organization, and advance my career.
