I’ve spent over two decades in the UK rail industry, building my career from apprentice through to senior leadership, managing some of the country’s largest depots and most complex fleets. Along the way, I’ve led multi-site operations, delivered new depot mobilisations, overseen regional fleets, and embedded safety and compliance as non-negotiables.That experience has given me a simple philosophy: rail operations need practical, safety-first solutions that deliver.In 2023 I founded Rail Fleet Services Ltd to provide exactly that.
