I believe we must make a difference by going the extra mile: every day, in every interaction.Over the past 25 years with BCF & IMV, I’ve experienced constant challenge, growth, and enjoyment. Across my 35 year career since leaving university, one consistent theme has shaped everything I do: an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer care. Holding myself and our teams to the highest standards has driven sustained year-on-year growth and built a fun, rewarding, and high-performing culture.I’ve spent much of my career developing both domestic and international markets, leading distribution and direct sales & marketing models, and building long-term partnerships around the world. Today, my focus is on advancing IMV’s global companion animal imaging business, ensuring our sales, service, and customer support teams consistently deliver what our customers need to deliver exceptional client care.The daily challenge of change and improvement energises me. I’m particularly passionate about developing strong, motivated management teams that continues to drive growth, innovation, and customer excellence.I have enjoyed the opportunity of working with Private Equity owners and understanding the unique aspects of having such an ownership model. To continue to build our global brand; over the last three years, I have had the opportunity of purchasing four businesses across Europe.
