Main responsibilities include: 1. Course director for internal leadership programmes; 2. Delivery of a full catalogue of workshops & webinars (face-to-face & online) to support and upskill staff in vital topics ranging from Personal Resilience and Building Confidence to Public Speaking and Relaxation, and from Reflection and Wellbeing to how to create High Performing Teams and Personal Mastery; 3. Utilise psychometric tools to help raise staff awareness regarding their strengths and traits to support sustained, optimal performance; 7. Performance Coaching Sessions for high-performing individuals; 8. Deliver development programmes for specific groups, including graduates and apprentices.
