ABOUT GAVIN JACKSON
I have worked at B&Q through the customer advisor levels up to level 4, I then completed the duty managers workbook and validation which allowed me to experience all of the roles and responsibility of a duty manager. I then undertook a new challenge at Head office in the orange team where I better learned how to support the whole estate rather than just a mini warehouse store and immediate region. I the. furthered my knowledge and support in my role within the planogramming team. I am currently working for a local independent timber and builders merchant called Sydenhams in an internal sales role.
