I currently lead global recruitment marketing at Rentokil-Initial, one of the UK’s top FTSE 40 companies. My role sits at the intersection of strategy, HR tech, and employer branding, helping us attract the right talent in the right places. I report into the Group Director of Recruitment, Tech, Governance and Insight, and work closely with senior stakeholders around the world. Global Talent Attraction & Employer BrandI build and run recruitment campaigns across key markets, tailored to local talent challenges and skill shortages.I lead our global employer brand and EVP strategy, using storytelling and local insight to help us stand out in new and competitive markets.I make sure inclusion, accessibility and diversity are at the heart of everything we put out. HR Technology & Change ManagementI manage supplier relationships across multiple platforms including multiple global ATS and CRM, and I oversee our Employee Referral Platform used by over colleagues.I lead global rollouts, change management, and training, helping HR Directors and teams adopt and embed new tools and processes.I support countries at very different stages of maturity, whether it\'s building something from scratch or upgrading existing systems. Data, Strategy & InsightsI provide senior leaders with clear, data-led insights on campaign results, time-to-hire, referrals and retention to help shape smarter decisions.I use market data, trends and local knowledge to build targeted sourcing strategies and improve campaign performance. Innovation & Future ProjectsI’m currently leading the global implementation of a new CRM platform and working to bring in a programmatic supplier to improve ROI and reduce time-to-hire.I recently piloted Google Gemini for Workspace to boost productivity, and shared the results across the business.I’m always looking for ways to bring in new tools and smarter ways of working.
