I am responsible for supporting outbound logistics integration within the 2 joined companies. By optimising routing and depot locations, I have helped the team to deliver savings.I have engaged with site and system teams within the newly joined business; this has involved comparing their systems and processes so that the operation can take the most suitable direction. I have continued the development of management reporting and have added extra functionality to match requirements of new structure.I also engage with suppliers to ensure best-in-class offerings at the lowest cost to the business, whilst also increasing functionality as applications evolve.
