The Strategic Sourcing Specialist (direct spend) is the focal point for selected category management activities, e-procurement, sustainable and local procurement. I take full ownership in setting up, driving and shaping the strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and performance management and contract management for selected Direct Spend categories in IDA. Iam responsible for the category management approach, product portfolio and supply base building and maintaining strong relationships with the key suppliers to realize innovations and aid improvements in the areas of cost and services. To achieve this goal, will collaborate closely internally to realize coordinated sourcing activities and contracts with suppliers. Responsibilities include:• Execute and planning of annual spend analysis, category management activities • Strategic sourcing, managing tendering processes and supplier agreements • Risk management and contract management • Supplier and product master data and e-procurement • Supplier relationship and performance management• Contract management and reporting
