I have over 21 years of software industry experience, starting from as a developer and growing as a Head of Engineering. I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to contribute towards success of your organisation in the future.I have years of experience working in onsite-offshore style of Software Development managing teams across the globe from South America to Asia involving offshore and nearshore partners. I have successfully guided cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects within tight deadlines. This required not only technical oversight but also fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. I implemented effective systems and processes that enhanced performance, improved resource allocation, and minimised inefficiencies, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet organisational objectives. I have navigated through diverse challenges, from scaling engineering operations to managing unexpected project hurdles, with practical solutions aligned to long-term goals.I have successfully managed internal and external stakeholders in different industries and businesses by proactively understanding their expectations and providing them regular confidence and assurance with help of appropriate reports and data. I am proud of the way I have led teams making sure that every individual grows in their professional journey along with the business of the organisation by giving them continuous attention and support to pursue their own dreams in line with company\'s business goals. Every individual has their own strengths, and it is all about using their strengths in the right place at the right time. I have studied Electronics Engineering, and my education background helps me to understand and engineer requirements in the best feasible way. I was a national level basketball player, and I have played lot of other team sports from the early age of four in school and college. I have successfully captained sports teams in achieving the success to the best potential of every team member. I genuinely feel that my team sports background has always helped me to support my team members in the best feasible way in every scenario and become an effective servant leader delivering desired business goals.
