Reviewing and finalizing updated procurement plans and ensure its timely submission to the World Bank and ensure that all procurement is done as per approved procurement plan.To ensure that all procurement activities are undertaken as per procurement procedure agreed with the World Bank.Reviewing all procurement/bid documents and certifying the same before forwarding the documents to the Program Co-ordinator (and World Bank for prior review wherever necessary.Proper monitoring and control of procurement processes including issue of RFQ, ITB, REoI, RFP, receipt and evaluation of quotations, bids or proposals, finalisation of contracts in full compliance with WB guidelines rules and regulation.Co-ordinate and work within the PMU in evaluating the proposals/bids on behalf of the Evaluation Committee.
