Policy Development: Crafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and promote best practices, fostering a culture of adherence and ethical conduct within the organization. Regulatory Affairs: Monitoring legislative changes and regulatory updates, advising on compliance requirements, managing regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and maintaining productive interactions with regulatory authorities. Litigation Management: Leading the management of litigation and disputes, gathering evidence, preparing legal documentation, and liaising with external counsel for representation in court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution forums.
