Spearheading and overseeing a portfolio of new products within the Crimson family (e.g, Crimson Alumni Network, Crimson Talent Immigration, MyCareerLaunch) as well as continuing being the General Director of Delta Institute. Reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for- Overseeing all of Delta Institute’s units and other Crimson units assigned, with assigned overall revenue, profit, and cashflow targets - Spearheading/overseeing the creation of innovative products that directly meet the needs of the market and enhance Crimson’s existing service portfolio- Strategising, with the CEO, about potential new ventures that could be undertaken by Crimson and brainstorming a go-to-market plan to set these up, including a consideration of M & As - Developing Delta Institute existing products and assigned new Crimson ventures to deliver unparalleled student outcomes at attractive unit economics while working to fit local needs across each important geography- Working effectively across technology, sales, and marketing teams to both ensure (a) actualisation of a product roadmap through developments to our technology stack and (b) products created are responsive to market demand and effectively sold in the field- Positioning assigned product suite to capture every relevant stage of the student’s educational journey- Identifying target markets and setting marketing/growth strategies in place- Overseeing B2B partnership development where this is necessary - Understanding competition and driving product improvements to set Crimson’s new ventures assigned and Delta Institute apart as global service leaders - Conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback on existing/future products- Coordinating new product releases/communication to relevant Crimson stakeholders- Amassing and retaining a talented pool of personnel through effective recruitment and people management, ensuring high efficiency, engagement, and cohesion
