ABOUT GASTÓN DARÍO CARBALLO

I’ve been working with infrastructure, Linux, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms for more than 15 years, helping companies modernize environments that became difficult to scale, maintain, or operate reliably. Most of my work is focused on infrastructure redesign and platform modernization: Kubernetes adoption, cloud migrations, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, cost optimization, and reducing operational complexity.I enjoy working on systems as a whole — not only deploying technology, but understanding how architecture decisions affect reliability, scalability, teams, and long-term maintenance.Over the years I’ve worked across both cloud and on-premise environments, often in scenarios involving technical debt, legacy systems, hybrid infrastructure, or rapid growth.I tend to approach infrastructure with a pragmatic mindset: the best platform is usually the one teams can actually understand, operate, and evolve safely.Strong believer in automation, operational simplicity, and boring infrastructure.
