Control and Manage the configuration and asset management database- Maintain the integrity of CMDB, ensuring that the configuration and asset information is up to date, relevant and available to all stakeholders- Develop and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders- Running various reports and maintain CMDB (built success, inactive device, items in recycle)- Ensure regular review with other processes to increase process interoperability- Ensure all change to data is adequately validated and change controlled- Weekly call with the customer and we going through queries, discrepancies- Response to ad-hoc queries- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to various levels, update regular reports- Perform regular verification checks and audits to ensure integrity of data- CMDB maintenance, data manipulation, data analysis and presentation to management
