Maconomy Workspace Client (WSC) roll-out. P2P roll-out. WSC customisation via the Extender tool. Full migration of ICF Mostra from Eurojob to Maconomy. Migration of ICF UK from Costpoint to Maconomy. Migrations performed include building UAT test environments as well as test script preparation and training users. Live to test DB copies performed regularly. Steering committee attendance and inputs. Review of standing and transactional data prior to uploading to test and live environments. Streamline processes including building Invoice, Credit Note and PO layouts supported by print preferences to capture the correct layout automatically. Preparation and import/build of approval hierarchies for Employees, Job budgets, Purchase Orders, Vendors and Vendor invoices. Maintenance of job and system parameters. Local account, global account setup. Task, activity, dimension combination set up to support mapping of local to global accounts for consolidation purposes. Dimension groupings built and maintained to allow for HFM mapping for global consolidation. Business objects report writing to create HFM mapped Balance Sheet, P&L reports for corporate accounting period end analysis. Leave reports written to support the leave accruals process. Procurement reports built to provide greater analysis of spend in order to establish preferential rates with Vendors. Regular meetings with all staff levels to VPs and CFO to provide ideas for further streamlining of processes enabling staff to add value in other areas. Creation of XML banking payment formats to allow for automated BACs & SEPA payment files to be generated by AP department. Attendance and input at Deltek user group meetings. MCONFIG updates. Keen eye for detail and analytical approach. 6 years of Maconomy systems experience and 10 years Business objects report writing experience.SQL extract of data as and when required.
