Over 12+ years of experience supporting high profile HR initiatives at organizations such as HHS and the World Bank, leading and liaising between business and IT teams to design, plan, and oversee the implementation of HR applications. Most recently, leading the successful deployment of three major recruiting applications for HHS OIG and HHS OHR. In addition to HR modernization, applying and leveraging change management experience focused on end-user centric engagements; design and usability, including focus groups; usability testing; and configuration and release management. The unique combination of experience assists organizations in not only increasing the efficiency of their HR operations but seamlessly transitioning staff and end-users from legacy systems.
