I am responsible for supporting project and delivery managers, maintaining business processes and standards for project delivery through delivering project set up, billing, scheduling and onboarding resources. Ensuring that project management standards, methods, and processes are followed throughout the project\'s lifecycle. This may include helping project managers with planning, scheduling, and creating projects. Serving as a point of contact for queries from external parties, and liaising with relevant colleagues to resolve them, maintaining project documentation, including RAID logs, change control records, and lessons learned records.Producing project summary reports and coordinating the regular production of other reports, creating new processes and streamlining existing ones, and helping to communicate these changes to the delivery team.Supporting with budget management and planning processes, such as ensuring the correct allocation of purchase orders and supporting delivery managers with staffing arrangements, such as sourcing session cover, rota management, and arranging meetings.
