HR People Programme Manager – Aug 2020 – to date People Programmes & Hybrid Working Strategy Responsibilities: • Leading the Hybrid Working Strategy across Centrica – inc; Site Strategy, Ways Of Working through to Colleague Wellbeing • Leading the delivery of Terms & Conditions consolidation programme. • Using output from TU negotiations to drive programme change. • Working with global leaders to shape Hybrid working within Centrica • Ensuring safe opening of 22 sites across the UK & Ireland. • Ensuring our people can make the cultural shift to Hybrid working without a negative impact to business performance, personal wellbeing but improving employee engagement
