As the Finance Director at TV Technologies, I administer all financial resources of the company. I also act as the Chairman, presiding over board meetings and ensuring all meetings run smoothly, maintaining and achieving a consensus in board decisions.I provide strong and resourceful leadership within the company, maintaining equally strong management and an effective new business strategy. Through expert coordination, I ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place. As a company dealing with police compliant CCTV systems and AV installation, all policies and procedures must be precise to maintain a level of professionalism.My main duties and responsibilities in this role include:• Managing the company’s financial & general trading• Customer liaison and support through management• Driving the company’s ambitions & business plans• Developing Passion, Integrity and Excellence throughout the company’s teamAs the Finance Director, it’s important that my management of the company’s trading is strong enough for our future plan in our industry, where we maintain effective AV installation and AV repair.
