I am currently in the Role of HR Programme Manager leading the delivery of the HR Systems Integration of 2 large UK Banks. My responsibilities include:Full Programme Management Responsibility for 6 key workstreams across HR, Payroll, Business Readiness, Data Migration, Governance and RiskEnsuring key milestones are met and that all key risk and audit controls are also metProviding Strategic Advisory advice and support to members of the leadership teams and SteerCoBetween March 2023 and December 2024, I led the successfuly delivery of a Digital HR Transformation programme for the largest UK Insurance Group driving transformation and strengthening Employee Self Service through the deployment of, Redwood HR Helpdes, Oracle Case Management and the Oracle Redwood Guided Journeys that were integrated into the Oracle Digitial Assistant supported by a suite of 300 custom skills and utterances. The project enabled a saving of over 50% of manual enquiries into the HR Team within just 3 months of going live in April 2024. I led the cutover and implementation of the Oracle Cloud Payroll phase for the same UK Based Insurance Brand successfully bringing the outsourced Payroll processes and technology in house and handed into a BPO service.
