ABOUT GARLAND WILLIAMS
I joined Ferguson in 1996 after graduating from James Madison University. I started as a trainee in Richmond, Va and progressed thru sales, then branch management in Northern Virginia & Maryland, as general manager in Asheville, North Carolina, then as district manager in Beltsville, Maryland. I then took over as Vice President of our Trade Plumbing business, then as Sr VP of Canada, and in 2023 I took on the role as Sr VP of our Blended Businesses in the US. I am currently responsible for the P&L and strategy of our residential & commercial plumbing businesses, our showroom/builder business, as well as our HVAC, Industrial, & facility supply business.
