Key Account Manager responsible for providing a contingent labour solution into handful of key clients within the UK & I including the world\'s leading independent, end-to-end IT services and solutions company. Work closely with senior stakeholders across the end client and within the associated MSP’s to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of our agreed contractual SLA’s and KPI’s. Key role of ensuring continual account development utilising client relationships across multiple business units. Act as a senior escalation point for any issues that arise within the UK & I. Involved in financial forecasting for the account by reviewing past and current trends of recruitment within the market sector and client specific. Responsible for managing the supply chain into the account liaising with new and incumbent suppliers.
