Also recruit for a variety of Business positions.• Search for candidates utilizing online tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, and Monster. Adept at creating complex Boolean search strings and creative database search techniques.• Utilize Experis\'s custom ATS/Applicant Tracking System to note candidates’ job search preferences, document and manage job orders throughout their lifecycles and to source candidates nationwide within the extensive (1 Million plus) resume database. • Act as the main point of contact for my candidates throughout the entire application process including screening them for job preferences and match to current openings, coordinating Client interviews, prepping for and debriefing after Client interviews, negotiating job offers and assisting them with the Onboarding process.
