I joined Hitachi to lead the Workday implementation in Hitachi Europe, as part of the first phase of the Workday implementation across the Hitachi Group. I then moved into a global role, to deliver Workday to Hitachi Group companies globally, such as Hitachi Rail and Hitachi Astemo in the capacity of Project Manager for each release. There are roughly legal entities across the Hitachi Group, with around employees.I currently manage the team which is responsible for the delivery and support of Workday HCM, Expenses and Recruiting across Hitachi. I am the program manager for the global Workday Expenses implementation.

I am an experienced IT professional specialising in large scale transformation Programme Management in multi-national companies, predominantly in the HR area. Currently working for Hitachi, I am part of the team implementing Workday HCM and Expense Management to users across legal entities globally across the Hitachi Group.Previously, I have worked for Accenture UK as a management consultant, where I focused on the delivery of IT-led transformation programmes across HR and Finance; Telefonica Digital, where as Head of Programmes I managed an HR Transformation programme including the implementation of the Workday HCM solution to users across 15 countries along with a new HR Operating Model; and at Fitch Ratings as a Senior Director in HR responsible for HRIS, MIS and Compensation, including developing a business case and vendor selection for a new global SaaS solution.I graduated from University of Bath in 2003 with a 2.1 Honours Degree in Business Administration.
