I lead a small Sales Enablement function for Intel. For us, Sales Enablement means providing Sales with the information, content, processes and systems to be effective. In practice we concentrate on two areas: • Leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems to connect our Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Support and Partners. • Understanding recent customer successes with Intel technology and sharing them with our Sales teams and Partners. We’re passionate about process transformation and getting to real customer benefits. We use a combination of in-house teams and external expertise to understand and implement best practices.
