ABOUT GARETH ARNOLD

A passionate and highly motivated individual with over 16 years’ experience in the customer services industry, with strong organisational and communication skills and a proven ability to independently plan and direct business affairs. With an aptitude for analysing qualitative and quantitative data and being able to present this analysis to a range of audiences, I have helped product development teams target manufacturing and design changes with measurable results. I like to build close relationships both internally and externally and I believe that building trust is the first step in any communication or negotiation. I am highly capable in customer issue resolution both face to face and over the telephone in software and hardware environments. As a manager I demonstrate clear leadership of my team, with the ability to adapt extremely well in what has often been changing environments within fast-paced industries. I have a proven track record of moulding myself, and the role I am in, into an important part of the business, achieved by building an understanding of the objectives of key departments and through regular outwards communication. My biggest strength lies in the diverse experience and responsibility I’ve been given to prove myself.
