Process Technology development, Process Control, Roadmap development, and Strategic partnerships - Technology Strategy • Semiconductor process technology: Identify key process challenges for 2nm and below technology nodes and work with internal product and engineering teams to close the gaps in the process issues. • Identify strategic challenges in semiconductor process and opportunities where NOVA\'s diverse product portfolio can provide solutions, by leveraging 17+ years experience in semiconductor industry. • Roadmap development: Based on the customer challenges and feedback, develop use cases and solutions for the existing and next generation products in the form of new technology, hardware or new software. • New technology: Bringing in SIMS, XPS in-line technologies to the fabs to prevent wafer scrap, reduce rework and enable tighter SPC by delivering time-sensitive information that is needed to monitor and control HVM.
