The main missions of the role are to: • Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions • Manage supplier progress plans in co-operation with project managers • Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied • Monitor the Production Part Approval before the transfer to the plant • Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations • Ensure the material availability in supplier end to meet the demand. • Ensure the productivity OTD always 100%. • Ensure the Quality of product before dispatch to end-user. • Continuously Monitor the market failures and initiate the action in supplier manufacturing process to reduce. • Continual improvement action will be taken to reduce the cost, rejection and rework, thus improve the yield and productivity.
