As Director of Delivery, reporting to the COO, I ensure that the Projects and Programs of Bango are delivered on time and with the highest level of quality to our customers. Bango works in an international environment to best serve our customers, among the biggest brands of both Telecom industry (e.g: Vodafone, LGI, Hutchison, BT.) and Content Provider (e.g: Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix.). The main responsibilities of this role consist of- Management and animation of 15 Project Managers, Program Managers and Lead Project Managers across 5 countries - Ownership and continuous improvement of the Delivery processes, liaising with the other functions - Responsibility for planning and participating to the execution of internal change programs - Monitoring and reporting over the Projects pipeline - Regular support to Pre-Sales and Account Management for RFI/RFP and Customer development - Contribution to the Management and Leadership teams to make Bango a better place to work
