I am the Founder and President of De Lune Corp, a U.S-based prime contractor supporting federal, state, and commercial missions with a focus on excellence in quality, compliance, and execution. Since founding the company in 2016, I have overseen more than 300 successful prime contract outcomes and grown it into a multi-tier enterprise operating across mission-critical verticals, including information technology (AI/ML, cybersecurity, modernization, and support); energy procurement and fuel logistics; revenue cycle management (RCM); freight and logistics; and food trade, distribution, and delivery supporting U.S. farmers and food producers for USDA programs and export markets.My leadership approach is grounded in FAR-aligned execution, program accountability, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to ensure on-time, on-budget performance while safeguarding taxpayer value.A defining aspect of De Lune Corp’s mission is strengthening American production and supply chains. In food and trade operations, we work alongside federal agencies and international partners to expand export opportunities for U.S-grown products, reinforce domestic capacity, and ensure American food remains a trusted global standard. This work has included participation in USDA agri-trade missions to Morocco, Taiwan, and Mexico.In recognition of this work, I was honored by the Washington Business Journal (WBJ) as GovCon Leader of the Year at its 2025 CEO of the Year Awards. Previously, I have been recognized as a Rising Star of GovCon (2022) and I currently serve as a Leadership Council Member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA). I have also been selected to join several USDA agri-trade missions including, most recently, to Morocco, Taiwan, and Mexico.Under my leadership, De Lune Corp has been ranked #22 on WBJ’s Top Small Technology Companies (2025), recognized as BEST Small Business of the Year (2025) by the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce, awarded the SECAF Special Recognition Award (2020), ranked #977 on the Inc.
