I transitioned from politics to tech because I believe in innovation that makes the world better - creating opportunity and inclusion for all. Over the past five years I’ve led teams to build data-driven products that addressed key business challenges and supported over a million citizens.I thrive where there are messy, ambiguous problems to structure and solve. My sweet spot is working directly with users, surfacing the real root causes, and shaping solutions that blend people, process, and technology. I work hands-on - whether that’s refining backlog items, mapping flows, analysing data, or jumping into discovery with engineers and designers.I’ve built experience across the UK, West Africa, and now Canada, which means I bring adaptability, empathy, and cultural fluency to my team.
