I have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and to remain calm while keeping a broader perspective on things. I think fast, and love coming up with creative strategies to increase sales and visibility. The various fields I have worked in have given me opportunities to come up with effective solutions to issues that have differed from one environment to the next.I also believe that people are a company’s strongest assets. One of my favourite quotes is a conversation between a CEO and a CFO, which depicts a reality in many businesses and unfortunately can end up costing them in the long run…‘CFO: What happens if we train them, and they leave?CEO: What happens if we don’t, and they stay?’ This rings true in every role I have had, where I have prioritized coaching and training my staff. Ownership, efficiency, engagement, and an increase in sales have all resulted from such efforts. I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible mentors who believe in me and helped me succeed, and I strive for a career that allows me to continue to learn and surpass myself.
