ABOUT GABRIELLE ROWAN
At Pegasus Group, I provide planning advice for developers in the East of England. I am responsible for the submission of residential and commercial planning applications and advising clients in relation to achieving planning permission. My experience includes dealing with a wide range of land, planning and commercial issues including local plan promotion, public consultation and engagement and planning applications. I work as part of multi-disciplinary consultant teams and have particular experience as acting as a project manager and co-ordinating and liaising with individual consultants.I joined Pegasus Group as an Associate in August 2005. Previously I worked for the Planning Department at the County of San Mateo near San Francisco where I was responsible for issuing planning permits for various developments. Prior to this, I was a Senior Planner at Weatherall Green & Smith in London. Before joining Weatherall Green & Smith, I worked as a Development Control Officer at Maldon District Council in Essex which provided me with a firm basis and understanding of the planning system.
