ABOUT JON APPLEBY

Senior Town Planning Consultant at Pegasus Group based in the Cirencester Office. I hold a Masters degree (MSc) in Urban Planning and I am a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. My work comprises advising developers/landowners on a variety of planning proposals throughout the UK, most notably within the Residential and Renewable Energy Sectors. I am experienced in preparing and submitting Planning Applications and I have a successful track record in project managing Planning Applications towards positive determinations. Specialities: Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams within the development industry and preparing robust planning applications; Attending pre-application public consultation exhibitions with local residents, parish councils and other stakeholders; Submitting and project managing a variety of application types including Outline Permissions, Full Permission, Reserved Matters applications, Section 73 applications, Non-Material Amendment applications, Lawful Development Certificates, Listed Building Consents and Discharge of Condition applications; Preparation of Planning Statements to summarise proposals and assess proposed schemes against relevant national and local planning policies; Writing local and neighbourhood plan representations; and Preparing appraisals on the planning potential of sites for proposed developments on behalf of landowners and developers.
