I started working 3 years ago in Qualtrics as a Product Specialist in the EMEA team. After the onboarding at the company headquarters in Provo and some months of experience in the role, I became the Team Lead for the Italian market and EX Support in EMEA.I then moved to the EMEA GlobalOps analyst role where I lead a team of ~20 Product Specialists and developed my analytical skills by working on the improvement of GOps process efficiency.After 2 years of experience in Qualtrics, I finally joined the Localization team, where I am currently owning the data programme, with the scope of supporting management in making data-driven decisions and evaluating the ROI of localization strategy.
