Senior Program Manager at Amazon Transportation Services with more than 10 years of expertise in Supply Chain Management (S & OP/Demand & Supply Planning). I also volunteer for more than 2 years as Fundraising Manager at Casa Chama, helping leaders deliver impactful social projects for minorities in Brazil.I worked in influential companies, like Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Becton Dickinson, and Amazon since 2012. During this journey, I developed/implemented efficiency processes delivering improvements in inventory management, transportation costs and transit time; forecast accuracy, and operational waste.I also volunteer at Casa Chama as Fundraising Manager since 2021. This role has given me great learning on LGBTQIA+ community issues and demands. It has also allowed me to support organizations to raise funds for social projects focused on health, legal and psychological support for the trans community.My educational background started at Anhembi Morumbi, where I got my Hospitality degree in 2005.
