Some of the main activities I carry out include: Process Automation- Identify manual processes that can be automated and develop solutions to automate them- Utilize tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and other technologies to efficiently implement process automation- Analyze process requirements and develop automated workflows that meet the specific needs of the organization. SelfHealing Implementation- Design and implement self-recovery solutions (SelfHealing) for critical systems and applications- Develop automation algorithms and logic that detect failures and apply corrective actions automatically- Continuously monitor systems to identify potential issues and ensure continuous stability and availability of automated processes. Architecture Documentation- Create detailed documentation of the architecture for automated systems and processes- Record relevant technical information, including diagrams, workflows, hardware and software requirements, and other important specifications- Keep the documentation up to date, reflecting any changes or updates made to the architecture of automated systems. Technology Versioning Migrations- Plan and execute technology migrations, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to updated versions or different software platforms- Evaluate the risks and impacts of migrations and implement appropriate strategies to minimize disruptions to automated processes- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure an efficient and well-coordinated implementation. Support for Critical Applications- Provide continuous support and maintenance for automated critical applications- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and correcting performance issues, errors, or interruptions in applications- Ensure the availability and stability of critical applications by implementing solutions for quick recovery and risk mitigation. These activities are essential to ensure the efficiency and reliability of automated processes, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.
