As a Sr. Implementation Manager, I play a key role in ensuring our products are implemented at the colleges and universities on time, on budget, and meeting goals of the institutions. With my leadership, there is clear direction, transparent communication, and cohesive teamwork throughout the implementation. • Partner with colleges to evaluate admissions, student services, and current alerting processes on campuses • Clearly outline implementation timeline, hold each stakeholder accountable for their roles and responsibilities to each stakeholder, identify and mitigate potential barriers to success • Recommend configuration approaches to an institution based on their stated goals • Lead End User Training for institution partners to ensure the platform is used to its full capacity • Create psychologically safe spaces for all stakeholders to voice their opinions throughout the implementation process
